This is a delicious, light snack that is quick and simple to make but by no means has a dull taste! Having one of these will sure bring your mouth to the tropics even in the dead of winter!
Directions
Layer with soft cream cheese
Layer with our Cherri Pineapple Fire Relish
Top with crab meat or even baby shrimp
Garnish with scallions or chives (optional)
Put on your favorite cracker or chip and enjoy!
