Creamy Salsa Soup

Ingredients
1 jar of Aunt Ophila's Salsa (Regular, Hott, or Habanero Hott)
1 ⅓ cup of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado diced for garnish (optional)
1 corn tortilla cut into thin strips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°
Place tortillas on baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown
Combine Aunt Ophila's Salsa and the chicken broth in a medium sauce pan
Bring to a boil at medium heat
Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer
Add heavy cream
Blend until smooth
Serve in two bowls
Salt, pepper and garnish to taste
Enjoy with tortilla strips!
