Amazing Armadillo Eggs

Ingredients

• 8 jalapenos halved and seeded

• 1 (8 oz.) package of softened cream cheese

• 1 lb of breakfast sausage (or your favorite sausage)

• 1 lb of bacon thinly sliced

• ¼ cup of butter (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°

2. Line a baking sheet with foil, top with cooling rack

3. Fill each jalapeno with cream cheese

4. Mold the sausage around the entire jalapeno

5. Wrap a piece of bacon around the sausage

6. Bake until bacon is crispy (12-15 minutes)

7. Brush with butter (optional)

8. Enjoy!
